All billing for Providence Imaging Center consists of two separate bills per exam: a technical fee, and a professional fee. Patients who undergo a breast procedure in the Providence Breast Procedure Center may also receive an additional facility bill. Patients are automatically billed after the procedure.
Please contact PC, Inc. with any questions about the technical (exam) portion of your bill. Please contact Alaska Radiology Associates about the professional (interpretation) portion of your bill. Please contact the Providence Health & Services Financial Counselors with any special breast procedure facility bill questions.

Providence Imaging Center does participate in the Charity Care program at Providence Alaska Medical Center. A form is available for patients who would like to see if they qualify for this financial assistance. After completing the form, please fax it to (907) 212-5827 or drop it off at our front desk at 3340 Providence Drive, Anchorage, AK.
For patients who will be receiving their first screening mammogram, this program is an excellent resource for those who are uninsured or underinsured. From their Website: “BCHC can pay for approved screening exams. If any exam results are abnormal, BCHC can also pay for approved diagnostic tests to rule out problems, including cancer.” Go to the Breast and Cervical Health Check website to learn more, or call toll-free 800 410-6266.
